How do we store your data?

Clintheory Healthcare securely stores your basic data (name and email) with Mailchimp strictly for marketing purposes only with no PHI included, staying within HIPAA compliance standards by leaving out medical information.

Clintheory Healthcare will keep your name and email for an undetermined amount of time until the user requests to be removed from the email mailing list. Once notified of this request, we will delete your data from the email marketing list within 24 business hours.

Clintheory Healthcare would like to send you information about services of ours that we think you might like.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Clintheory Healthcare from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Clintheory Healthcare Group.
